Not do it yourself instructions

These pages are written to help you observe and describe a problem: read your water meter, look inside a brine tank, check an aerator, identify pipe by its appearance, find your shut off valve.

They are deliberately not instructions for working on a gas line, a pressure relief valve, a live electrical disconnect or a pressurised pipe. If you smell gas, leave the building and call the gas utility and 911 from outside rather than investigating it.

Manufacturer documentation wins

Where this site mentions maintenance intervals, descaling, flushing or settings, your equipment manual is the authority for your specific model. We point you at it rather than publish a number that would be wrong for your unit.

What this site does not claim about us

Stated explicitly, because absence is easy to misread as implication. At the time of publication this site does not publish, and does not claim: a contractor licence number, bonded or insured status, a star rating or review count, customer testimonials, years in business or a founding year, an award or certification, a manufacturer authorisation or dealer relationship, a guarantee or warranty, financing, a discount, a response time, 24 hour availability, same day service, or a price of any kind.

Each of those is absent because it has not been verified for publication, not because it is being implied quietly. Where we service equipment of all makes and models, that is a statement about scope of work and not about any relationship with a manufacturer.

Hardness figures, permit addresses, phone numbers and licensing rules on this site are quoted from the publishing agency and were checked on 17 September 2026. Agencies update their own publications, so the linked source is the current authority rather than our copy of it.
