Get in touch about a plumbing problem

One way in, and it is the phone. No contact form to fill in and no queue to sit in: you describe what the plumbing is doing and you get a plain answer on the same call.

  • Diagnosis before a price
  • No marketing list, no resale of your details

  • Las Vegas and Clark CountyThe service area on our own mark. Every incorporated city in the valley plus the unincorporated towns, which is where about a million people live.
  • Repair, install, maintainThe three verbs on our logo, and the whole scope. Emergency repair through to planned replacement and annual servicing.
  • Water softeners, all makes and modelsInstallation, repair, replacement and maintenance, including units that came with the house. We are not an authorised dealer for any brand and we do not claim to be.
  • Sourced facts, no invented credentialsEvery local figure on this site links to the agency that published it. Nothing about licences, ratings or guarantees is printed until it has been verified.

The useful information is the same every time: what the plumbing is doing, where in the house, when it started, and your address, because the valley spans several permit jurisdictions and that matters for anything that needs a permit.

Photographs help more than descriptions for anything visible. And if water is actively running, shut off the fixture valve or the main house shut off before you do anything else.

What happens next

What you get when you reach out

  1. You describe the problem

In your own words, on the phone. You do not need to know what the part is called, and a guess at the cause is less useful than what you can actually see.

    Step one
  2. You get a plain answer

What the symptom usually means, what the fix normally involves, and what somebody needs to see before quoting it. That happens whether or not you book anything.

    Step two
  3. We agree a visit, if you want one

With the cost of the visit told to you beforehand rather than discovered at the door.

    Step three
  4. Diagnosis, then the number, then the work

Always that order. Nothing gets taken apart before you have agreed to it.

    On site

Emergency first: if water is running and you cannot stop it, shut off the water and call. Say that it is running as soon as the call connects.

Before you need us: this is where the main water shut off usually is in a valley home. Find yours now and check that it turns.

What to have ready

None of it is required. All of it makes the call shorter.

  • Where you areThe address, and a cross street if the address is new or hard to find. Which end of the valley you are on decides who is closest.
  • What is happening, in your own wordsNo plumbing vocabulary needed. "Water under the sink since this morning" is a better description than a guess at the cause.
  • Whether water is running right nowThis is the question that changes everything else. If it is, say so first and we will talk you to the shutoff before anything else.
  • What you have already triedPlunged it, reset the disposal, flipped the breaker, ran the softener through a regeneration. It saves repeating the steps that did not work.
  • Whether you own or rentA landlord or an HOA sometimes has to authorise the work, and it is better to find that out on the phone than at the door.

Water pouring right now? Do not read the rest of this. Call (725) 255-9011 and shut off the supply while it rings.

Checkable, not claimed

We have no reviews to show you yet, so here is verifiable fact instead

A new site with a wall of glowing testimonials should make you suspicious, and this one does not have them because no review corpus has been verified for this brand. Rather than fill the space with invented quotes, these are three things about your water and your county that you can check against the agency that published them.

Your water is 291 ppm, and that is not our opinion

The Las Vegas Valley Water District publishes valley tap water at 291 parts per million, 17 grains per gallon, and categorises it as very hard. It is the reason fixtures and water heaters here do not last as long as the box promised.

Read the water district page

Softening is a preference, not a health need

The Southern Nevada Water Authority states that removing calcium and magnesium softens water but is not a necessity to protect your health. Any company telling you otherwise is contradicting the agency that tests your supply.

Contact questions

What information do you need from me?

What the plumbing is doing, which fixture or which part of the house, when it started, and your address or at least your ZIP code so we know which end of the valley and which permit jurisdiction you are in. Photographs of anything visible are genuinely useful.

Is there a contact form?

No. This site launched with the phone as the only way in, so there is no form to fill in and nothing that quietly collects your details and waits. That is deliberate rather than unfinished: a form that nobody has wired to a real inbox is worse than no form, because you would have no way of knowing it went nowhere.

How quickly will I hear back?

No response time is published on this site, because none has been confirmed for this business, and a promise nobody agreed to is worth nothing to you at 2am. What you can rely on is that calling reaches a person rather than a submission queue.

What do you do with what I tell you on the call?

Answer the question and, if you book work, do the job. Nothing you say on the phone is added to a marketing list and nothing is sold. The privacy policy sets out what this website itself collects, which since there is no form is almost nothing.

Do you have an email address?

No public inbox is published on this site yet, because no verified email address exists for this brand. The only address on the current live site is malformed and undeliverable, so publishing it would send your message nowhere. The phone is the way in.

Water running right now?

Shut it off at the fixture valve or the main, then call. Do not wait on a form.
