What we do, in three verbs
Repair, install and maintain. Those three words are printed on our own mark and they describe the whole scope: plumbing repair and emergency work, drains and sewers, water heaters including tankless, fixtures and disposals, and water treatment.
Water treatment matters more here than in most markets, so it has six pages rather than one. Las Vegas tap water is 291 parts per million, 17 grains per gallon, which the Las Vegas Valley Water District classifies as very hard. That single fact is behind a large share of the repeat repairs in this valley: scale in water heaters, seized faucet cartridges, blocked toilet rim jets and appliances that never reach the life on the box.
We install, repair, replace and maintain water softeners of all makes and models, including units that were in the house before you bought it. What we do not do is describe ourselves as an authorised or factory dealer for any manufacturer, because that is a relationship we would have to be able to show you.

What this site does not tell you, and why
This is the unusual part of an about page, and it is deliberate.
You will not find a licence number, a star rating, a review count, a founding year, a staff list, a guarantee, a financing offer, a response time promise or a price list anywhere on this site. Not because those things are secret, but because none of them has been verified for publication yet, and publishing an unverified credential is worse than publishing nothing.
That is not a hypothetical concern in this market. A plumbing site serving this same valley currently prints a licence number in its footer that is plainly a placeholder: seven sequential digits, the kind of value a theme ships with. It is also the single cheapest claim on a trade website for a competitor or a regulator to disprove.
So the blanks on this site are real blanks, and they fill in when something is checked rather than when somebody asserts it. The licence number is the worked example: a number arrived, it was searched on the Nevada State Contractors Board register before it went anywhere near a page, and it now appears in the footer, above the fold on the homepage and on every area page with its classification exactly as issued. When there are real reviews, they will carry a first name, a neighbourhood, the service bought and a link to the source. Until then, that space stays empty.
What you can hold us to today
The diagnosis comes before the number. We find out what is wrong, tell you what it is, and price the work before anything is taken apart.
You hear the cheaper option where one exists, including the ones that cost nothing. Several pages here tell you how to clear a salt bridge, clean an aerator or press a reset button, which are three of the most common calls that were never really jobs.
Every local figure on this site is sourced and linked. Hardness figures from the water district and the water authority, permit addresses and phone numbers from Clark County and the City of Las Vegas, licensing rules from the Nevada State Contractors Board. Check any of them; that is why they are there.
And ask us for our licence number when it is available, then check it on the register. That takes about a minute and you should do it to every contractor who quotes you.
How Nevada licenses this trade
Worth knowing regardless of who you hire. Nevada licenses plumbing under classification C-1, Plumbing and Heating, issued by the Nevada State Contractors Board under chapter 624 of the Nevada Administrative Code.
To qualify, the qualifying individual has to show at least four full years of experience at journeyman level, or as a foreman, supervisor or contractor, within the fifteen years before the application. The board maintains a public register, so any licence can be checked in about a minute.

The Las Vegas Valley Water District publishes valley tap water at 291 parts per million, 17 grains per gallon, and categorises it as very hard. It is the reason fixtures and water heaters here do not last as long as the box promised.
The Southern Nevada Water Authority states that removing calcium and magnesium softens water but is not a necessity to protect your health. Any company telling you otherwise is contradicting the agency that tests your supply.
