Paradise is an unincorporated town in Clark County and it contains some of the most recognisable real estate in the state without being a city. The housing in Paradise is genuinely mixed, which changes the job more than in the newer suburbs. The Maryland Parkway and Eastern corridors carry a lot of rental and multi unit property. Along the Strip edge and the Howard Hughes corridor there is newer mid rise and mixed use.
Two things follow from that mix.
